Fodor's Review:
A chic gastropub, the Cow comprises a faux-Dublin 1950s backroom saloon bar that serves rock oysters, salmon cakes, baked brill, and Cornish crab. Upstairs the chef whips up Brit specialties like roast chicken, ox tongue, Elwy lamb, and black pudding. Millionaire Notting Hill locals love the house special in the always-packed bar area: draft Guinness with a pint of prawns.
