L'Oranger

Fodor's Review:

French haute cuisine reaches great heights at this aristocratic place in St. James's, whether it's scallops with mousse, sea bass with pomegranate, or strawberry frangipane. The dining room is intimate and attractive—polished silver, oak panels, flowers, and French windows—and service is formal. Courtiers, business leaders, and the great-and-the-good wallow in the plush surrounds.
