Bespectacled chef/co-owner Tom Pemberton mans the front-of-house grill at this Bayswater favorite, which specializes in pared-back best-of-British fare. With an accent on well-sourced regional and seasonal ingredients, many dishes are as uncluttered as you'll find. Slide into a stylish booth, and gorge on simple pork and Piccadilli, mussels with cider, or ox cheeks with pickled walnuts. Expect to see the well-heeled Tory-leaning Notting Hill set.
