Chef and front-of-house Claude and Claire Bosi excel at one of London's finest Modern French restaurants, tucked away on Maddox Street in Mayfair. Wood-paneled and kitted in muted gray and green, gastronomes swoon at the fireworks on the plate. Bosi's effortless cuisine might impress with Brixham crab-and-almond puree, suckling pig with Savoy cabbage, or Lyonnaise tripe with pig's ear and cuttlefish. Passion-fruit mille-feuille (puff pastry) and mango gel is bound to send you home happy.
