Though the small but nicely decorated rooms at this budget choice share the County Hall complex with the London Marriott Hotel County Hall, they have none of the spectacular river views; that said, they have the same convenient location, and they are decidedly cheaper, too. The staff is helpful, and best of all for families on a budget are the foldout beds that let you accommodate two kids at no extra charge.
