Ace restaurateur Nick Jones scores with this 80-seat all-day Euro brasserie in leafy Turnham Green in Chiswick. French windows, green banquettes, and covered sidewalk dining provide the setting for comforting favorites at all hours, from steak tartare and vichyssoise to croque madame (hot ham and cheese sandwich topped with a poached egg) and whole Dorset crab (£15). The service is exemplary, and the buzz is pretty constant.
