The Holly Bush Review

A short walk up the hill from Hampstead Tube station, the friendly Holly Bush was a country pub before London spread this far north. It retains something of a rural feel, with stripped wooden floors and an open fire, and is an intimate place to enjoy great ales and organic and free-range pub food. Try the homemade pork scratchings and pickled eggs.

    Delicious and local

This is a great pub with excellent food. Try the goat cheese salad and the chicken/mushroom pie. Really wonderful. Don't expect polished wood or anything remotely luxurious. Their review is right...definitely rural feeling. A great time.
