Star Indian chef Vineet Bhatia showcases the finest new-wave Indian cuisine in London at this tony Victorian town-house off the King's Road. Ring the door bell on arrival at this romantic celebration venue, which is decked out with colorful Indian silks, prints, masks, brass bells, and ornaments. Bhatia pushes the boundaries with signatures like wild mushroom rice with tomato ice cream, spiced lamb with coconut and morel Korma sauce, or grilled lobster with cocoa powder. Prices are pretty extreme, but don't leave without sampling mango and saffron panna cotta or the famous warm chocolate samosas, dubbed "Chocamosas."
