Fodor's Review:
"Best budget curries in London" is the key message for the Original Lahore Kebab House in insalubrious Aldgate. It may be BYOB and no-frills, but the Pakistani home-style cooking is cheap and brilliant. Mutton tikka, grilled lamb chops, tarka daallentils, and karahi chicken are all super-spiced and fiery. A meal is nothing at £15 a head, and knocks spots off anything on offer in nearby Brick Lane's curry mile.
