Fodor's Review:
The same set behind the London-based Les Trois Garçons and Loungelover (three antiques dealers) now have this richly decorated den of cocktail inventions to add to their roster. Infused with purple-and-red decor, dimly lighted crystal chandeliers, and walls that resemble the side of a giant Rubik's Cube, the très chic Annex 3 just off Regents Street serves a colorful mix of traditional and fruity drinks that will please most palates (as well as Japanese-influenced modern European fare for those who wish to nibble as they nurse).
