It's all upscale buzz at this star of the Brompton Road dining scene, not far from Harrods or the V&A museum. Henry Harris's chic French brasserie de luxe excels because he does the simple things well -- and doesn't overcharge. Classics like calves' brain, melted Raclette cheese fondue, and veal with foie gras hit the mark. Wines by the glass are fairly priced and the £18.50 dinner, available before 7:30 PM, is a good deal.
