Fodor's Review:
Bloomsbury is where academia, eccentricity, and independence of spirit come together. It's also where London's largest and oldest gay and lesbian bookshop is located. You'll find thousands of titles, from literature and thoughtful nonfiction to erotica, multimedia, even comics. Opened in 1979, the shop has only recently had to compete with the gay and lesbian sections of some of London's mainstream bookstores -- but it continues to lead the pack.
