Fodor's Review:
Flame-haired wonder chef Tom Aikens trained under French guru Joël Robuchon and excels at his slick modern eponymous restaurant in deepest Chelsea. Prone to flights of fancy, his food on the plate is highly elaborate: many swoon over his pig's head with pork belly, poached oysters, and John Dory. There's a friendly sommelier to help navigate the hefty wine list.
