20 Forthlin Road

20 Forthlin Road Review

From 1955 to 1964, Paul McCartney lived with his family in this modest 1950s council house (a building rented from the local government). A number of the Beatles' songs, including "Love Me Do" and "When I'm Sixty-Four," were written here. The house is viewable only on a tour, leaving from the Jurys Inn next to Albert Dock or Speke Hall.
