Mr. Thomas's Chophouse

Mr. Thomas's Chophouse Review

The city's oldest restaurant, dating from 1872, dishes out good old British favorites such as brown onion soup, corned beef hash, Lancashire hot pot, and spotted dick pudding to crowds of city dwellers and shoppers. This hearty food is served in a Victorian-style room with a black-and-white-checked floor and green tiling. The wine list is exceptional. Mr. Sam's Chophouse in Chapel Walks serves similar fare.
