Columbine Review

The husband-and-wife team behind Columbine are known for their fine use of local ingredients and flavors, from sautéed sea bass in a sauce of lemon, ginger, and spring onion to beef medallions served with blue Stilton sauce and garlic mushrooms. There's also a separate vegetarian menu. The cozy venue, with upstairs and downstairs seating, is an excellent spot for pre- and post-theater meals.
