Underleigh House Review

Peaceful is the word for the location of this creeper-clad cottage and barn at the end of a lane in lovely walking country. The big lounge has a fireplace, and the flagstone entrance hall has one big table for breakfast (expect such local specialties as fruit compotes, oatcakes, and black pudding). There are games for rainy days, and books, sweets, and flowers in the tidy modern bedrooms. Hope is 1 mile east of Castleton on A617.
