Part of a Scottish chain that harvests its own oysters, this airy, casual place across from the Fitzwilliam Museum is deservedly popular. The mussels and salmon are fresh and well prepared, and line-caught tuna is served with a mint-and-caper salsa. Try the smoky, sweet Bradan Rost smoked salmon flavored with Scotch whisky if it's on the menu. The place is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
