Wentworth Hotel Review

The Pritt family has owned and managed the Wentworth since 1920, and the attention shows. Huge chairs fill the public rooms on the ground floor and are a great place to sip coffee and watch people stroll by. The bedrooms are done in pastel fabrics; sea-view rooms, worth the extra cost, come equipped with binoculars, and the hotel will lend a set of bocce balls with which to play on the beach. All rooms have a copy of the whimsical children's favorite Orlando the Marmalade Cat, by Kathleen Hale, set in a fictional town based on Aldeburgh.
