East Anglia Restaurants

Hoste Arms Review

You'll find this renowned gastro-pub in the village of Burnham Market, 6 miles west of Wells-next-the-Sea. The 17th-century former coaching inn offers such delights as salmon and tiger prawns marinated in honey, musard, and Greek yoghurt, or rack of lamb with sweet potato dauphinoise. Accompanying the meals is a good range of fine wines. The bar has an open fire, and there's a conservatory and a large terrace for alfresco lunches. Modern or traditional guest rooms are available for overnighters.
