Fodor's Review

True Georgian grandeur is evident in the refurbished rooms of this Palladian-style mansion–turned–elegant small hotel. Guest rooms are individually decorated in English-, French-, or Italian-inspired styles, and some have elaborate plasterwork and large windows facing the street. The basement Cavendish Restaurant relies on locally sourced and organic ingredients, and has tables in the courtyard for fine weather; light bar lunches are also served.
