Fodor's Review:

In a quiet location on the hill high above the city center, this Victorian guesthouse has wonderful views from the back of the building. Rooms are richly decorated, and large breakfasts—pancakes with maple syrup, kippers, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, and vegetarian options—are served in the dining room, which overlooks the garden. There's a £7.50 charge for the hot tub.
