Fodor's Review:
In the same building as Queen's Hotel, this offshoot of renowned chef Raymond Blanc's Manoir aux Quat' Saisons in Great Milton offers French provincial cooking in contemporary surroundings that harmonize well with the good-size Regency windows. The impressive menu takes in everything from herb pancakes with mushrooms, ham, and kirsch sauce to lemon sole meunière with new potatoes. Among the lip-smacking desserts is grilled pineapple with rum baba and piña colada sauce.
