Skipperhuset Review
On the grounds of the Fredensborg Slot, this 18th-century former royal boathouse is on the shore of Lake Esrum. When weather permits, sunset alfresco meals are pure enchantment. Warm, smoked wild Baltic salmon served with spinach flash-fried in soy sauce and balsamic vinegar is a delightful favorite and a fabulous buy for the money.
