V & S Distillers
V & S Distillers Review
In many parts of the world, Aalborg is identified more as a brand—a brand of schnapps, that is: the clear, potent liquor many Danes enjoy with herring. Since V & S Distillers bought Harald Jensen's still in 1883, the city's name has been linked with aquavit, and the world-famous schnapps still carries the name of Aalborg. You can take part in a two-hour guided tour of the plant, with a tasting and a stop at the company store.
