Hotel Koldingfjord Review

This impressive neoclassical hotel has mahogany floors and pyramid skylights. The rooms vary in size (with 39 in a separate annex), but all have pale-wood furnishings and bright prints. The motto of the excellent French-Danish restaurant is "good food is art"; expect well-presented seafood dishes, as well as other intriguing seasonal options.
