Fodor's Review:

The name is an acronym for Copenhagen Food Consulting, and its reasonable prices for a three-course meal (DKr 225) in very fashionable surroundings have made it an instant hit in the city. Beautiful chandeliers cast soft light over earth-tone walls and linens. Lamb and fish dishes dominate the menu, and appetizers may include foie gras, crab salad with asparagus, or spinach salad with ricotta. You can reserve a table online, but make sure you do it that way or by phone, as the restaurant fills up frequently on weekends.

We had the best night in Copenhagen here, after some disappointing meals with poor service elsewhere. We booked late so the only seats left were on a long bench sharing with other customers which was cosy to say the least! The atmosphere is very buzzy with young, fashionable-looking crowd. The menu is simple with only 3 choices for starter, main and dessert but everything we had was very good and the value is unbeatable - only 250 krona for 3 courses!! The service was also the best we had in Copenhagen. This place should be on every visitor's list for a good night out.

Went to Cofoco with my wife on my first night in Copenhagen. The place was extremely busy on a Wednesday night. This is as it should be as the restaurant offers the best value of any restaurant I have ever visited.
The menu offers three choices for starters, three for entrees and three for deserts. My wife had the monkfish with pumpkin souce and redwine souce as a starter and the duck with Jerusalem artichokes, apples and beanpuré. I had the same entree and foie gras as a starter. All the dishes were great, the ingredients of high quality, the cooking perfect and the presentation beautiful. We had a bottle of Chateauneuf de Pape which was very reasonably priced and complemented the duck perfectly. The three course menu was around USD 35, which is a complete joke! We dined at several other classy restaurants in Copenhagen, some of whose food matched Cofoco's quality, but they all paled when compared to prices and friendliness.
The restaurant itself is stylish but relaxed in an older building. The service was extremely friedly and attentive.
Needless to say, I will have dinner at Cofoco every time I visit Copenhagen from now on.
Can't wait, actually.
