This microbrewery opened in September 2003 and has been an instant hit in this former metal factory. It's owned by Anders Kissemeyer, the former master brewer of the Carlsberg Brewery—a position he held for 16 years. The Brewery has 160 seats in a two-story restaurant, and offers a courtyard beer garden in summer. Lunches include tasty salads, sandwiches, and burgers; in the evening you can order three to four courses starting from DKr 298.

When we visited, the interior was closed for dining due to restorations and we were asked to eat outdoors in the back patio. It was okay as summer's are warm, but the ambience was wrecked. We found the portions disappointingly small (as they are in most restaurants in Denmark) for the price, but tasty. Of course, the beers were great. We could see coming back later in the evening for socializing.
