Formerly named "Wiinblad," the signature restaurant of the elegant Hotel D'Angleterre was refurbished in 2005 and is now concentrating on modern French cuisine. Starters such as giant crab with avocado and mint oil blend well with fallow deer with rhubarb gravy and morels as a main course.
