Fodor's Review:

Denmark's Princess Alexandra, a native of Hong Kong, is known to be a fan of this Chinese restaurant near the city's main square. Although the restaurant has a big take-out business, if you choose to dine in you can call for a reservation. The lunch specialty is an inspired variety of steamed dumplings (dim sum), and the best bet at dinner is the fixed menu—try the salt-baked prawns in pepper or the luscious lemon duck.
