Promenáda Review
Just down the street from the Heluan, the family-operated Promenáda is another good last-minute option right in the center of town. Pastel yellow rooms are plain, though they're brightened by the occasional exposed wooden beam or windowsill flower box. The mosaic-tiled pool in the spa area is a keeper, as is the hotel's restaurant, which is one of Karlovy Vary's best.
