Film, Nové Mesto
Fodor's Review:
The city's handsomest old movie palace was designed by former President Václav Havel's grandfather and built in 1916. An art nouveau interior harks back to cinema's glory days, but it could use a little more maintenance. The programming tends toward non-blockbuster releases. The café leading to the theater proper sometimes features a live piano player.
