This local secret hidden on a sleepy Zizkov side street serves up quality—and spicy—Mexican standards paired with the single best selection of tequilas in Prague. Unlike a lot of Czech-Mex, the kitchen here is unafraid of the heat, from the moderately piquant fried jalapeños to thermonuclear chipotles with adobo sauce. Milder concoctions add balance, including a crispy chicken chimichanga that makes an encore appearance stuffed with bananas and vanilla ice cream (minus the chicken, of course). Quality añejos round out the drinks list, which features 220 different kinds of tequila and makes for some raucous evenings. Adding desert-outpost feel, the outdoor seating is penned in by a wood fence.
