Potrefená Husa Review

Owned and operated by the Prague-based Staropramen brewery, Potrefená Husa (the "Wounded Goose") is a Czech "gastropub." The interior screams upscale sports bar—as do the fans, crowding the bar area to watch local hockey or soccer matches. Here you'll find lighter and marginally healthier versions of Czech and Slovak classics. The choices vary slightly from location to location—it's a chainlet—but standards like grilled sirloin and halusky (dumplings) with farmer cheese and bacon are found at every one. At the New Town branch there's a fantastic "burger" that's not a burger at all: It's a pork loin sandwich with barbecue sauce and cheese.

    Potrefená Husa Review

Good food and great service, prices are great too, the selection of beer from the brewery allows you to try the whole range (and we did).
A tasty chicken club sandwich with big chunky fries was my choice washed down with a few different beers from the brewery.
Service was excellent considering it was a busy Friday lunchtime, yes a place i will visit again.
