When dreaming of Prague, this is the hotel that comes to mind. Both the front of the hotel (which is UNESCO-protected) and the squished lobby disguise how large this building actually is. It brings together four Renaissance and baroque houses from the late 15th century. Owned by an Italian and possessing that signature Italian flair, this hotel not only features a 500-year-old staircase, but the imported tiki wood creates a bridge (over a fish-filled pond) that brings together the massage rooms and the sushi bar in the basement. It's truly an embarrassment of riches.
