Aggressively chasing the cigar set, this sister establishment of two New York bars stocks top-shelf brandies, whiskies, and port wines. Some have rather eye-popping price tags per shot, but they're worth it for those in the know. The dark-wood interior has a formal air suited to whispered discussions of high finance.
