Arguably the best meal on Wenceslas Square, this clubby destination mixes pan-Asian, Continental, and Czech dishes with culinary fluency. Basil-oil beef carpaccio competes for attention with goong phat (Thai tiger prawns in tamarind sauce) and roast chicken in pandanus leaves with Japanese horseradish—and those are just the appetizers. Main courses include penne arrabiata, whole grilled lobster with sweet pineapple-mango salsa, rich Bohemian duck breast with bacon, and a spicy red curry. A separate menu lists made-to-order sushi classics. The attractive staff provides eye candy and the circular room, decorated with bead screens and shimmering surfaces, contradicts its origin as the Soviet-styled dining room of the Hotel Jalta. Patio seating provides an alfresco option, overlooking the throngs on the square.

A little pricey for Prague in my opinion, but great atmosphere and service make it a top night out. Live music was really enjoyable.
