Fodor's Review:

The superb spot in a parkside nook on Kampa Island is complemented with food that's every bit as good as the location, served in a semi-formal, yacht-club setting. The menu offers fresh fish and meats prepared with French and Asian influences, both in ingredients and cooking methods, from truffles to Tandoori. Outdoor seating a few steps down on a stone terrace next to the river lets you gaze across to the island or watch tour boats pass through the locks.

Let the diner beware!

While sitting on the banks of the Vlatava (Moldau) gazing at Charles Bridge can't be beat, and the food was good, the experience was ruined by 1) being served something we didn't order, a tiny portion that was charged as a full portion, 2) being charged for a side dish that on the menu came with the order, and 3) no effort being made by the staff to correct or compensate for their errors. Conclusion: Intentional bilking of tourists occurs at this restaurant.

Don't Go

This was one of the worst restaurants in Prague. The restaurant was deserted, only 2 table with diners. The first two wine selections were not available and the only Czech wine we could order by the bottle was 75 Euros. Service was extremely slow. We had to wait 45 min for the first course and then another 45 min for the second . When we asked about the delay the waiter was rude and said the chef was cooking the food. When we said we would leave if we did not get served , within a few minutes, the food appeared.Prices are high for the quality of the food, which is not that good.. There are much restaurants if you want a nice dinner.
