The newest hotel in town, the Karlstjn offers 11 modern but pared-down rooms. All rooms are touted as eco-friendly, with recycling bins and automatic lighting, and some offer castle views. Room 8 is deluxe; in other words, a little bigger and with a huge bathtub. Decor is very basic: wood furnishings and white linens paired with satellite and a LCD TV.
