$$$-$$$$, Czech, Karlín
Fodor's Review:
On the ground floor of the capacious Hilton Hotel, this renewed restaurant reopened in late 2005 to rave reviews for its upscale interpretations of Czech recipes, including one of the only versions of svícková na smetane in town to be made from tenderloin, resulting in a radically different version than at your average corner pub. Czech wines are similarly of a higher standard, though beer goes very well with most recipes. Excellent service provides another reason to make the trip to metro station Florenc.
