Fodor's Review:
If hotels could be featured on an Oprah makeover show, this would be the result. The transformation is so lovely, it practically brings a tear to the eye. After a renovation in 2005 the Maximilian has become completely modern in the most tasteful way, with classic cherrywood furniture. Comfortable and intimate, it's quiet enough for even the lightest of sleepers and close enough to Old Town Square for the laziest of travelers.
