Fodor's Review

Upscale Italian-Istrian dishes like monkfish poached in olive oil are what you'll find at this lovely restaurant not far from Grisia. Crisp white tablecloths on wrought-iron patio tables dot the shady terrace, where you can sip glasses of local malvazija (white wine) and while away the evening in peace and quiet, a surprise given the restaurant's location just below St. Euphemia's. The menu changes often, but usually includes mare crudo, an eye-popping feast of super-fresh seafood carpaccio, or try a bit of everything with a five- or seven-course tasting menu. The place is known locally as Casa Đekić after the family that owns it.
