Fodor's Expert Review Adriatic Sushi and Oyster Bar

$$ Split Lunch

Eighty percent of this restaurant's menu comes directly from the Adriatic Sea and, to take it a step further, most of the ingredients in general are sourced within a 50-km (30-mile) radius of the premises from the yellowfin tuna to sheep's cheese and Dalmatian prosciutto. The atmosphere is relaxed and the wine menu has been well researched to pair well with sushi. Located within the palace walls, you may have to turn a few corners to find it, but it is worth the hunt.
