Hot Club Reserva
Hot Club Reserva Review
Though memorably good, this restaurant doesn't get a lot of press—locals want to keep it for themselves. It's situated unassumingly on busy Jan Breydelstraat, so people tend to pass by without noticing. The kitchen draws on both French and Flemish cooking, with such specialties as bouillabaisse, salmon with a lime-inflected sauce, and duck in green-peppercorn sauce. Be sure to save room for one of the outstanding desserts.
