Getting Here & Around

Sint-Martens-Latem lies 14 km (9 mi) southwest from Gent. Deinze is another 11 km (7 mi). By car from Gent, take the E40 motorway and get off at exit 14; follow the N43, which will take you to the nicest areas in the Leie region. From Gent several De Lijn (lines 34, 35, and 36) buses will take you to Latem within a half hour. There are two trains every hour from Gent to Deinze; the trip takes 12 minutes.
