Tan
Tan Review
An organic restaurant with an original flair. Tan tries to respect the laws of nature and human physiology with a delicious range of natural ingredients, all cooked below boiling to preserve their mouthwatering tastes. The restaurant's decor is simple and uncluttered, creating a feng-shui atmosphere. The staff is friendly and ready to explain the unique cooking techniques. The fish dishes are particularly delicious. Try the bass with black olives or the monkfish with steamed vegetables and cashew-nut sauce.
