Fodor's Review:
In a town where seafood has the upper hand on many menus, Vincent unapologetically remains a red-meat stronghold. The menu is full of Belgian specialities, like beef carbonnade (beef stew), and there are plenty of fish options, too, including mussels and cod meunière. Don't miss the hand-painted ceramic mural of fishermen at sea.
