Castello Banfi Review

The elegant place du Grand Sablon makes a fitting backdrop for this refined Italian restaurant. The high quality of the ingredients shines in such dishes as carpaccio with Parmesan and celery, red mullet with ratatouille, and an unbelievably good mascarpone. The wine list is strong on fine Chianti aged in wood.
