Fodor's Review:

This pavilion in the Parc du Cinquantenaire was the first building Art Nouveau architect Victor Horta ever designed. It was built in 1889 to house a bas relief by sculptor Jef Lambeaux. But the sensual work, entitled Human Passions, was considered so racy that there was a public outcry and it was closed after only three days.
