Red-meat lovers are drawn to the restaurant's beef dishes, especially beef tartare with caviar. There are other tempting traditional French and Belgian choices, too, mostly beef but with a couple of other choices (coq au vin, for example) as well. Upscale in every way, with gliding waiters, heavy silver cutlery, and linen tablecloths, the eatery is a favorite of politicians and high society. Caviar specialities are available, even though they aren't on the menu.
